Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate-covered strawberries, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup. If you notice any issues with your strawberries—such as damage, incorrect items, or unsatisfactory quality—contact us within 24 hours of pickup at info@beckysberriesmtl.ca with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or partial refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on chocolate-covered strawberries or other food items. Custom orders and personalized products are also non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
